Pick up from conference venue - Bai Dinh Pagoda Complex - Trang An - Mua Cave (Hang Múa) – drop off at Conference venue.

Ha Long Bay tour on December 29, 2026

The participants will also be offered a complementary Ha Long Bay tour. Ha Long Bay is 160 kms from Hanoi city centre and it takes around 2.5 - 3 hours to reach via new expressway. Refer conference schedule for exact timing for departure in the morning. It is recommended to depart at 7:30 am for Ha Long Bay in order to make maximum use of the day.

The oral presentations will be over by 11:00 am. The participants will be offered a unique complementary excursion tour to capital town of Vietnam for not only seeing the prominent places connected with it but experiencing them as well.
